Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of agricultural technology? McCaskie Agriculture is looking for a Full-Time Field Service Technician to join our experienced Engineering Team, installing and servicing cutting-edge automated and conventional dairy systems across Scotland.

About Us

McCaskie Agriculture specialises in the installation and servicing of automated and conventional dairy systems, including Fullwood Joz Merlin 2 robotic milking systems, slurry management equipment, milk cooling technologies, and full agricultural electrical installations. We are passionate about helping farms operate at maximum efficiency with the latest innovations in agri-tech.

What You'll Do

✅ Install and maintain dairy parlours and automated agricultural equipment

✅ Test finished products and ensure system capabilities are optimised

✅ Perform routine maintenance and keep necessary equipment operational

✅ Collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver first-class service

✅ Travel to customer sites across Scotland (company vehicle provided)

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience in agriculture, electrical engineering, or mechanical systems (preferred but not essential – full training provided)

✅ Knowledge of the dairy farming sector and equipment is advantageous

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude
