Moov 2.0 feed pusher robot

JOZ now offers an improved ‘smarter feeding’ solution. The Moov 2.0 is a fully automatic feed pusher robot that is suitable for any barn.

The feed pusher robot is a great help during the day, but at night it really comes into its own. While you enjoy a good night’s sleep, the robot automatically pushes the roughage. As a result, the lower ranking cows can also access fresh feed 24/7. This reduces selection and helps to reduce tension in the herd as the animals know that feed is readily available whenever they want it.

The result? Higher feed intake resulting in higher milk yield.

The Moov 2.0 feed pusher robot, not only saves you time, it also improves feed intake, increases milk yield and improves animal health.

Suitable for various types of manure

Different box litter and feed residues result in different compositions and thicknesses of manure. Do you use straw in your barn? No problem. The Barn-E is suitable for straw of up to 6 cm long, where up to 2 kg/box/day is used.

The table below shows the different box beddings for which the Barn-E is suitable.

  • Box bedding / litter: Quantity

  • Straw up to 6 cm long: up to 2 kg / box / day

  • Sawdust: unlimited

  • Chopped (rapeseed) straw: 2 kg / box / day

  • Separated manure: up to 5 litres / day

  • Tip: A deep discharge opening is necessary to deposit the manure properly.

Barn-E manure robot options

The Barn-E manure robot is available in two versions. You can choose between the following scraping widths:

  • Scraping widths 155 cm (standard)

  • Scraping widths 185 cm (extra wide)

The robot has a modular design and a high manure processing capacity. This capacity varies from 370 to 500 litres, depending on the scraping width.

BARN-E

The number 1 manure robot for solid barn floors

Is your barn floor made of slabs, rubber or another kind of solid surface? And would you like your barn floor to be cleaned automatically? The Barn-E manure robot is suitable for almost all cubicle barns with solid floors. Whether your barn floor is made of slabs, rubber or another kind of solid surface: the Barn-E will clean it effortlessly. This new manure robot also has no problem cleaning waiting areas and wide manure alleys.

What’s clever about the Barn-E’s design is that it doesn’t simply push manure but picks it up. The manure is collected with a scraper beam, then raised and stored in the manure container via a rotating feeder. The manure robot then drives to the discharge point, where it deposits the collected manure.

Is your barn floor not solid? Then the JOZ-tech manure robot is the perfect solution. This manure robot was specially designed for barns with other types of floors.

If you’re looking for a solution to keep your solid barn floor clean, meet the latest innovation in our ‘Manure removal’ range: the Barn-E manure robot. This revolutionary manure robot is specially designed for barns with solid floors.

Clean floors, healthy cows

Comfort for your cows, animal well-being and hygiene are all inextricably linked. Each factor affects the other. That is why JOZ takes all of these aspects into account with every single solution. Cow comfort is an important economic parameter in livestock farming. Infectious hoof diseases, such as digital dermatitis, interdigital dermatitis and foot rot are caused by bacteria that occur in cattle manure.

Lameness can cause a lot of damage on cattle farms. This damage can be broken down into direct economic damage (the costs of treatment and non-delivery of milk from sick or treated cows) and indirect damage (lower milk production, decreased fertility and early disposal). That means that good hoof health not only contributes to animal welfare, but also makes it easier to conduct work activities at your company.
